Practice + About

I come from a family of engineers. I’ve carried that curiosity into the body: how things connect, what supports what, and how one small movement changes another. I begin with the feet—how we meet the ground, carry our weight, and find support from the roots up.

People often come to me when pain or tension persists, or when something hasn’t shifted despite their efforts to find relief.

Since 2010, I’ve worked one-on-one with people navigating pain, illness, and difficult transitions. I draw on structural understanding, Chinese medicine, and my training as a psychotherapist to explore how physical and emotional patterns inform one another.

Yoga poses offer an archetypal reference: a way to notice how we find support, where we hold tension, and what we ask one part of the body to carry for another. Through movement, breath, and attention, we explore other possibilities—more room to move, respond, and feel at home in ourselves.
